This article covers setting up Mail in Outlook 2010.
1. First go to the File tab, and select Account Settings...

2. Select New... in the E-mail tab.

3. Select E-mail Account and click Next >.

4. Select "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" and click Next >.

5. Select Internet E-mail and click Next >.

For IMAP email, do the following. For POP, skip below to the next section:
6. Fill in all relevant information as shown below. Then click More Settings ...

7. Go to the Outgoing Server tab. Select "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" as shown below. Click OK.
8. Go to the Advanced tab. Fill in the information as shown below, and click OK.

9. Review all information is correct, then click Next >.

10. Congratulations, you are done!
For POP email, follow this section:
6. Fill in all relevant information as shown below. Then click More Settings ...
7. Select "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" as shown below. Click OK.
8. Go to the Advanced tab. Fill in the information as shown below, and click OK.
9. Review all information is correct, then click Next >.
10. Congratulations, you are done!
