Notas Importantes

  • El registro A solo se puede actualizar en el nivel del registrador si el registro del dominio utiliza los servidores de nombres predeterminados del registrador. Si aloja su DNS en el servidor físico y usa servidores de nombres personalizados, entonces el registro A debe actualizarse en ese servidor y no puede actualizarse a nivel de registrador. Envíe un ticket con nuestro equipo de soporte técnico y estarán encantados de actualizar el DNS en el nivel del servidor.



Paso 1: Iniciar sesión en su  área de cliente Core NOTE: The A record can only be updated at the registrar level if the domain registration is using the registrar's default nameservers. If you are hosting your DNS on the physical server and using custom nameservers, then the A record needs to be updated on that server and cannot be updated at the registrar level. Submit a ticket with our Technical Support Team and they will be happy to update the DNS on the server level.
Step 1: Login to your CORE profile at https://core.hostdime.com.mx/

Step Paso 2: Once you are logged in, place your mouse over "Products" and then click on "Domain Registration"

Step 3: On the next page you will see a list of domains that you have registered with HostDime. Click on the "Details" arrow to the left of the specific domain you wish to manage.

Step 4: Your domain should already be pointed to the Registrar's nameservers (Use Registrar DNS). To modify the A record of your domain at the registrar level, click on "Edit DNS Zone".

Step 5: On the next page you will see your previous A record. To edit an existing A record, simply change the IP address in the "Value" field. Then click "Save DNS Zone". After completing the update, you will want to allow 24 to 48 hours for the DNS to fully propagate around the world. Una vez que ha ingresado, coloque el ratón sobre la opción "Productos"  de menú, en seguida "Registro de Dominios"

Paso  3: En la página siguiente verá una lista de dominios que ha registrado con HostDime. Haga clic en la flecha "Detalles"  a la izquierda del dominio específico que desea administrar.

Paso 4: Su dominio ya debería estar apuntado a los servidores de nombres del Registrador (Usar DNS de REgistradora). Para modificar el registro A de su dominio a nivel de registrador, haga clic en "Editar Zona de  DNS".

Paso 5: En la página siguiente verá su registro A anterior. Para editar un registro A existente, simplemente cambie la dirección IP en el campo "Valor". Luego haga clic en "Guardar zona DNS". Después de completar la actualización, querrá esperar de 24 a 48 horas para que el DNS se propague por completo en todo el mundo.
