How to Restore a mySQL Database in cPanel
Log in to your cPanel:
www.YOURDOMAIN.com/cpanel
Click on “Backups” under the section Files.
Under “Restore a MySQL Database”, click on the “Choose File” button.
Select the .sql.gz file to restore.
Click “Upload”.
