This Article covers how to backup MySQL.
Log in to your cPanel: www.YOURDOMAIN.com/cpanel
Click on “Backups” under the Files section

Under the section “Download a MySQL Database Backup”, click on the database you would like to have a backup of

The database will now be saved to your computer
Log in to your cPanel: www.YOURDOMAIN.com/cpanel
Click on “Backups” under the Files section
