  1. Log in to your cPanel: https://YOURDOMAIN.com/cpanel
  2. Click on “Password & Security” in the Preferences section:
     
  3. Input your old password:
     
  4. Create a new password or generate one using the Password Generator feature.
  5. Click “Change your password now!"

By default cPanel will enforce choosing a reasonably complex password, but you should make sure you also aren't using the new password you've selected at any other websites.
Use a password manager like 1Password or Enpass if you have problems keeping track of your passwords.
